Start with one project. Make it your team's workspace.

A useful rollout begins with the work your team already does. See the product, agree on the setup, and give the first project a clear purpose.

    Start your free trial

    Choose seats and monthly or annual billing online. Confirm your email and complete checkout to begin 30 days free. You can also book a demo if you want a walkthrough.

  2. 02

    Set up your company account

    Complete the account invitation and applicable checkout steps. Review the company plan, trial details, and billing information before proceeding.

  3. 03

    Choose a first project

    Add the project details your team needs and identify who will keep the information current. A specific project gives your evaluation a clear focus.

  4. 04

    Bring in the useful starting information

    Upload plans and specifications, organize documents into folders, and prepare budget lines using the available spreadsheet template. Review imported information before using it.

  5. 05

    Invite the project team

    Add company members and invite the external companies participating in the project. Explain where the team should record questions, daily activity, and follow-up work.

  6. 06

    Run a real workflow

    Complete a daily log, follow an RFI, or review a budget line with its quote and invoices. Use that experience to decide what the team should move into RogaFlow next.

Before the first project

A little preparation gives the walkthrough a purpose.

  • Pick the people who will lead setup and day-to-day use.
  • Choose a project your team can use to evaluate the workflow.
  • List the documents, budget information, and contacts you want to bring in.
  • Identify one field workflow and one office workflow to try first.
  • Bring questions about billing, collaboration, devices, and support.

You do not need to upload your project documents to request a demo. We can begin with a walkthrough and discuss what your setup would involve.
