Daily Logs
Record site activity, answer the daily survey, add supporting photos and notes, and review weather for the day. Share the completed report as a PDF.
Field & Coordination
Keep daily reports, plans, questions, materials, and assigned work in one project workspace. Give the field and office a shared place to follow through.
A busy project produces more than paperwork. It produces decisions, commitments, and details someone will need later. RogaFlow gives those details a place to live, from the first site observation to the final punch item.
Inside the workspace
Record site activity, answer the daily survey, add supporting photos and notes, and review weather for the day. Share the completed report as a PDF.
Keep questions, responses, review comments, attachments, and workflow status together. See what is still open and what needs the next response.
Organize project documents into folders, view PDFs, and add editable markups. Ask Mason questions about the drawings and specifications with references to the source.
Track ordered, required-on-site, and expected-delivery dates. Keep the material record and its supporting documents together so delivery conflicts can be reviewed.
Assign project work, categorize it, and keep its status visible. Give the next action a specific place instead of leaving it in a conversation.
Create items with descriptions, responsible parties, and supporting attachments. Edit the item as work progresses and export a clear list for follow-up.
A practical workflow
Add the site observation to a daily log or create the appropriate task, punch item, or RFI.
Attach the relevant photo or document and identify the people who need to participate.
Review the record, its status, and the next action. Keep the outcome with the original issue.
Daily logs, open RFIs, submittals, and material records also inform the project's insight views. Pulse brings open issues into the health picture, while Margin Guard shows cost exposure for financial review. Your team decides what happens next.

RogaFlow runs in a browser on phones, tablets, and desktops. The same project workspace can be used on site and in the office.
A connection is needed to open private project pages. Supported actions in already-open forms, including daily-log notes and punch-list work, can queue offline and sync after reconnecting. Other workflows require a connection.
Supported reports and records can be viewed or downloaded as PDFs. Where available, choose whether to include supporting attachments.
