Shared project information
RogaFlow uses signed-in accounts, company memberships, and project participation to determine access. Project workspaces are collaborative, and invited project participants can work with shared project records.
Company administration and billing have separate role checks. Account holders manage the company's billing. Review who should join a project before sharing information, and discuss any specific information-separation requirements with us.
Project participants share access to operational and financial modules within the project. Walk through that access model with us to see how it fits your team.
Project attachments use private storage and application access checks. Access to a file is checked against the signed-in user and the related project or record.
A downloaded PDF or exported spreadsheet is a separate copy. Your team controls where those copies are stored and how they are shared.
Mason uses relevant project records and retrieved document content to answer supported questions. AI processing uses external model services. Review sources and draft text before using the output.
Ask Mason does not approve, send, or modify project records. Separate drafting tools prepare editable text that your team reviews and submits.
Understand MasonDevices & account care
Supported offline work may be held in browser storage until it syncs. Reopening private project pages requires a connection. Browser storage is not a substitute for securing the device.
