Information you provide
When you submit a demo request or trial signup, we collect the name, email address, and other company or contact information you choose to submit. We keep submitted contact details and interaction history in our lead list to respond, assist with signup, arrange product conversations, and follow up about RogaFlow. Contacting support also provides the information included in your message.
Accounts and project information
Using the application involves account details, company and project memberships, and the records and files your team creates or uploads. We process this information to provide the workspace, route work, generate documents, and support the features you use. Project participants can access shared project information according to the application's access rules.
Services that process information
RogaFlow uses service providers for hosting, authentication, database and file storage, email delivery, payment processing, and AI features. Information relevant to those functions is processed by the corresponding providers. Payment details are collected through Stripe checkout. When you use an AI feature, relevant inputs and project context may be sent to an external model service.
Browser storage and technical information
The application uses cookies and browser storage for sign-in, preferences, and supported offline functionality. Hosting and application services may record technical information such as request details, IP addresses, and errors to operate and troubleshoot the service. Browser controls let you manage cookies and local storage, but removing them can affect sign-in and locally saved work.
Your choices and requests
You can choose which optional details to include in a demo request. To ask about access, correction, deletion, retention, or the handling of information associated with you, contact support@rogaflow.com. We may need to verify your identity and your relationship to the relevant company or project before acting on a request. Shared project records may also involve the rights and responsibilities of your company and other participants.
